I went there to get my watch resized as it was too tight and it took him not even 10 seconds to make it a tiny bit looser and didn’t even charge me, great service and a great bloke behind the counter. Definitely going there for all my watch needs.

1 star is to generousWanted to get a few keys cut wants a coloured one the guy was so rude snapped keys in front of me and chucked them on the glass cabinet and proceeded to be really rude and arrogantRegardless of his opinion I’m there paying for what I WANT and not what he can’t be bothered doingNot to mention he has the “be back in 15” sign up and I waited for 45 minutes!He either needs to get a better attitude or you will loose business,Definitely will not be back and will not be recommending to anyone,What a terrible experience to have! Should be ashamed of the customer service

What a phenomenal expirence we had here.We got a knife engraved for my husband for Christmas here, and the craftsmanship was phenomenal, the price unbeatable and the service was absolutely brilliant. He even stayed open late so we could get it all organised and we are so happy with the results. Thankyou so much again mate, the finished product is even better then what I pictured. You're an absolute champion!
