Jacob is a quality craftsman with an eye to detail. I couldn't be happier as he has given my 2 pairs of old leather boots a new lease of life!I would totally recommend and will always go there for leather repairs.

I am absolutely thrilled with the workmanship and service provided by Jacob Quality Shoe Repair. I dropped off two pairs of worn out, scuffed sandals needing new lining, soles and heels and came back to completely restored shoes. They look brand new. They are my most comfortable favourites and now they have years of wear left in them. Perfect for walking miles on my upcoming holiday overseas. The customer service, courtesy and professional good manners are greatly valued. I can't thank you enough, Jacob. I will be back soon to have other shoes overhauled and revamped. The work on all of my shoes, boots, bags, belts the list goes on .. brings my favourites back to better than new.My Zensu Black leather boots where 15years old, I had been told by other places that it would not be possible to repair. Stopped into the Nirvana shopping centre and stumbled across a Gentlemen and highly talented amazing cobbler. I have a number of Tony Bianco leather heels that were becoming quite scuffed and starting to look worn. I also needed a few stitching repairs in places where my strappy heels were falling apart. I brought them in for repair and also bought some heel protector tips off Etsy to prevent the pointed end of my shoes from deteriorating further. Karim did a lot of work and installed the protectors and re-soled the shoes. I had about 5 pairs repaired and he did everything from gluing, to replacing heel tips, polishing, fixing deep scuffs and more. Thanks a lot.

Got 5 different pairs of boots resoled and polished, ranging from RM Williams to Christian Dior's. All were done incredibly well and with great customer service!
