I left 2 pairs of shoes and a couple of single shoes with Benjamin and he did an amazing job! Literally look like brand new again after my dog had got to a few of them! A boot had the zip broken and I'd asked at least 2-3 different shoe repairmen over the last couple years and they had all turned me away saying they didn't have the right zip and it was too expensive to order in - 'try somewhere else'. Benjamin did it without any questions asked and it's perfect again.I also had some keys cut and a watch shortened. It was a pleasure to deal with him and his passion for quality work can't be overstated. Thanks Benjamin!

A big thank you to Benjamin for saving my expensive shoulder bag. The shoulder strap had snapped of the body of the bag and my first thought was the bag would be a throw away. On the off chance I took the bag to the shoe repair at Kingsway and to my surprise he said it was an easy fix. When I collected my bag I was thrill and the repair exceeded my expectations, thanks again Benjamin you did an amazing job and the cost was very reasonable. I have had my shoes repaired by other shoe repair companies and I have never had the exceptional customer service and quality of workmanship as I did from Benjamin yesterday.
