Really want to give no stars - visited carine glades to do some Christmas Shopping and remembered we needed a battery for a remote control - noticed that Sole Brothers sold batteries - we gave them the battery we needed replaced and they gave us a Maxell CR2025 and said it was $13 - we were quite surprised at the cost but just assumed that it was a special battery and therefore very expensive - we fitted the battery and it worked - however I thought I would check why these types of batteries were so expensive and found you can buy these batteries elsewhere for $2 and even $1 ! Bunning had 2025 batteries advertised at 2 for $5I contacted both branches of the Sole Brothers ( Carine and Subiaco ) and the response was the same - that is the price.I realise that small business cannot compete with the likes of bunnings and you expect to pay more from a small independant, but this amount of markup is horrendous - no wonder small business in WA is suffering-

Took a pet tag here to get engraved - fast, good value and friendly service. Recommended.

Was told a week and $22 to replace a stiletto heel - went to collect after a week wait and they haven't been repaired. No apologies. Told to wait another 3 days!! Ridiculous. Horrible service, exorbitant pricing will never be going back, even though I'm local. If I could give it zero stars I would.
